Signing ceremony of Agreement between LILAMA Corporation(LILAMA) and Chinese Power Investment Group(CPI) on power plant projects in Vietnam and abroad (December 12, 2007) (12 / 01 / 2008)

Today, December 12, 2007, at Melia Hanoi Hotel, LILAMA Corporation(LILAMA) and Chinese Power Investment Group(CPI) hold a ceremony of signing a agreement on cooperation between LILAMA and CPI on industrial projects in Vietnam and abroad.

LILAMA and CPI shall coordinate in investing in coal-fuelled thermal and nuclear power plants in the mode of BOT in Vietnam, based on the planning for the power development of the Vietnamese Government. The two parties cooperate in setting up Professional Projects Management Joint-Stock Company, in building and operating project management.

Apart from power, LILAMA and CPI shall cooperate in investing in such areas as mineral, metallurgy, etc.
