In the morning of November 27, at New Otani Hotel, President Nguyen Minh Triet, Vice Prime Minister Hoang Trung Hai witnessed the signing ceremonies of 14 Vietnam - Japanese economic agreements with total value reaching over USD4.2 billion. In which, LILAMA Corporation(LILAMA) and Sumitomo Group sign the Memorandum of Understanding on Vung Ang Thermal Power Plant (worth USD1.25 billion). The framework agreement between shareholders of Vung Ang Thermal Power Joint-Stock Company II (worth USD1.25 billion) was signed by LILAMA and Electromechanic Refrigerating Joint-Stock Company (REE), Saigon Investment Company (Saigon Invest) signed with Maruben Group Strategic Partners Agreement and Project to build thermal power plant and wind plant in Binh Dinh Province (worth USD1.5 billion).
